FI.L.S.E. and its subsidiaries and participated companies - is the technical entity that supports and assists the Liguria Region and other Ligurian territorial bodies in the planning, definition and implementation of policies and interventions in support of the Ligurian economic system
An in-house company of the Liguria Region, its action falls within the Region's economic strategy to support the overall strengthening of businesses, the structural growth of the production system and the development of the territory. The FI.L.S.E. Group is the main point of reference not only for the regional government, but also for local entities, the productive context and citizens. It supports entrepreneurial initiatives, innovation, technological transfer and the creation of new businesses, the creation of strategic infrastructures, urban and environmental redevelopment interventions with adequate financial, planning and organisational resources. Thanks to its ability in managing special funds, it also complies with specific citizens' needs and promotes the social economy.
FI.L.S.E. acts as the holding company of a system of Specialised companies, coordinated and organised on the basis of specific regional requirements: An integrated system that offers tools such as Liguria Ricerche for statistical studies of the Territorial Economy and carries out an important supporting activity for regional economic planning; or with LigurCapital, company for participation in business capital for SMEs, with Liguria International for internationalisation and local marketing, and finally, with the IRE company for the development of new infrastructures, strategic works and energy policies.
It is a highly diversified field of action, but everything is designed to reach the main objective: 'Provide support for a growing Liguria'.
