FI.L.S.E. is an in-house, joint-stock company of the Liguria Region, its majority shareholder, and according to EU legislation, it operates as a body governed by public law.
FI.L.S.E., together with its subsidiary companies – is the technical entity that provides support to the Regione Liguria as well as other regional entities in defining, planning and implementing the policies that back Liguria’s economic system.
